Any Customer requesting a service call more than 20 mi. from Diesel Dynamix location of Northford, CT will be charged a $1.00 mileage fee, per mile, round trip.
Please contact us with year, make and model of your piece of equipment to get an accurate maintenance program contract quote.
Prior to any work being performed each customer will be provided with a detailed estimate of total labor/parts cost that must be signed by said customer. If anything is discovered by Diesel Dynamix LLC while performing repairs/services, inspections or installations that will require further repairs the customer will be supplied with a revised estimate which also must be signed prior to any further work being performed.
